Payment
All prices listed are in Singapore dollars (S$). Tykes n Tots reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Tykes n Tots accepts only direct deposit as our payment option.
Funds may be deposited directly into our bank account via direct deposit. When the direct deposit option is selected during checkout, your order will be processed and a confirmation email with our banking details will be sent to you. Please ensure that you include your order number as the reference when depositing the funds and do email us to advise of your payment via tykesntots_sg@yahoo.com or contact us at +65 9009 7743.
Please note that payment has to be cleared in our bank account before your order can be delivered / collected.
Delivery
There will be a flat rate of S$8 for delivery charge within Singapore only. Do contact us at +65 9009 7743 for postal charges for overseas destinations. Orders will be dispatched within two business day.
Delivery charges will be waived on orders over $100 nett.
For Shoo Shoo Infant Shoes only, normal mail service is available FREE OF CHARGE.
Do note that Tykes n Tots will not be liable for any loss or damage of goods during transit.
Return and Exchange Policy
Refunds will not be considered. Sale items and special customer orders are not returnable unless faulty.
All items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched. In the event that an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at +65 9009 7743 so that we can arrange for a replacement. All faulty goods must be exchanged within three days of receiving the item.
