Happy Holidays! I’m sure both parents and kidz have loads of fun during this one month break! Our 4-year-old had a ball of a time during his Sports Camp. Over a span of 4 days, he was introduced to 10 different types of sports (ranging from golf, tennis, hockey, cricket, baseball…) and to the types of foods that will give him energy. I personally like this concept very much because it allows us as parents to ascertain which sports our kiddoes are keen on or good at before we sign them up for proper training/in a particular sport. Lots of physical activity, hand-eye-ball coordination required, highly recommended, and most importantly, our son enjoyed himself tremendously! How about your kidz?
