  1. The Tykes n Tots Clubhouse card is issued by and remains the property of Tykes n Tots LLP.
  2. The Tykes n Tots Clubhouse card is intended for individual use only. It is non-transferable and can only be used by the rightful signatory. Only 1 membership card will be issued per person/application.
  3. The Tykes n Tots Clubhouse membership is valid for a period of 1 year only.
  4. Tykes n Tots LLP reserves the right to decline issue of a new card and to withdraw any existing card at any time.
  5. To enjoy the privileges, members must produce their Tykes n Tots Clubhouse card/membership number at point of purchase. Failure to do so will render certain loss of membership benefits and/or privileges.
  6. Members are responsible for informing Tykes n Tots LLP either in person or writing when their membership card is lost, stolen or update of personal particulars. Tykes n Tots LLP will not be responsible for any consequences and loss of benefits and/or privileges. A replacement fee of $5 is payable for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
  7. All terms and conditions of Tykes n Tots LLP’s “Return & Exchange Policy” will apply to all purchases made by members.
  8. Tykes n Tots LLP reserves the right to amend or withdraw any of the conditions of operation, including any of the Tykes n Tots Clubhouse membership benefits, or to terminate it any time without prior notice at the sole discretion of Tykes n Tots LLP.
  9. Use of the Tykes n Tots Clubhouse card constitutes acceptance of and is subject to its terms and conditions.
